Second win in a row! Chelo scored 4 goals in 2 games!

On the 10th of December United FC faced Gulf FC on ISD Stadium Pitch. The game started with the attempts from both teams. At first Gulf FC had the free kick but Abdulla didn’t let the ball in. Then United FC took the initiative. Then on the 33rd minute of the game Pape made the perfect cross and Chelo won the tackle against Gulf FC’s defender and opened the score. So United FC kept creating chances but no one could take it. Our team went to the locker room with one goal advantage.

The second half started with the very dramatic moment. The referee pointed to the penalty spot in our box. And Abdulla made the perfect save. After that Gulf FC tried to even the score but it was effortless. And on the 67th minute of the game Pape made another assist on Chelo. Torres made the second double in a row. At the end of the game Karamoko and Pape had some chances but couldn’t take them. So United FC took three points in their first home game in December.

After the game our fitness coach Sebastian told: “I am very, very happy about the game. Two goals scored and we had the clean sheet. The first aim is to have the clean sheet. It was the game with high intensity. We have been waiting for such a match with a lot of duels and running. Marcelo scored the second double in a row. And it’s our second victory in a row and it’s perfect for us!”
