United FC Secures a Hard-Fought Victory Against Majd FC
On February 22nd, United FC faced Majd FC at ISD Stadium Pitch in a match filled with intensity, challenges, and determination. Our team showed incredible resilience, securing a well-earned 2-1 victory despite playing with 10 men for most of the game.
The match started on a strong note for United FC as Quincy Promes opened the scoring in the 18th minute, giving our team an early lead. However, just four minutes later, the momentum shifted when Dao was shown a red card in the 22nd minute, forcing us to play with a numerical disadvantage. Majd FC took advantage of the situation and managed to equalize in the 34th minute, bringing the score to 1-1 at halftime.
Despite being a man down, United FC came out in the second half determined to fight for the win. The breakthrough came in the 60th minute, when Samu scored his first goal of the season after a brilliant assist from Quincy. The team defended bravely and held on to the lead until the final whistle, securing an impressive victory in difficult circumstances.
United FC now shifts its focus to the next challenge. On February 27th, we will take on Hatta FC at ISD Stadium Pitch at 17:25. After this strong performance, the team is ready to keep pushing forward and fight for another three points.
