Who is responsible

United FC is two licensed companies, both registered with the Department of Economy and Tourism in Dubai and both at Office G1A, Dubai Sports City, Al Hebiah Fourth, Dubai, United Arab Emirates:

• UNITED LIONS SPORTS SERVICES L.L.C — the football club. Trade licence 1103949, commercial register 1810490. Responsible for the shop, tickets and everything else on this site.
• UNITED LIONS SPORTS ACADEMY L.L.C — the academy, wholly owned by the club. Trade licence 1525582, commercial register 2645753. Responsible for enrolment and trial requests, and for the children's data in them.

How to reach us about your data

Requests to see, correct or delete what we hold, and to withdraw a consent, go to academy@utdfc.ae. The academy venues also answer on WhatsApp; their numbers are below and on the academy page.

What we collect, and only when you send it

The site carries no advertising and no third-party trackers. With your consent it uses Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages people reach; choose “Essential only” in the cookie banner and nothing is loaded at all. Apart from that, nothing about you is recorded until you fill in a form.

• Academy enrolment or trial request: the parent's name, phone and email, the child's name, year of birth and age group, and the message you write.
• Shop order: name, phone, email, delivery address and city, and the items ordered.
• Contact and partnership forms: name, phone, email and the message.
• Fan wall: the name and city you type and the message you post — these appear on the site, so do not write anything there you would not publish.
• Match prediction: name, email and the score you predict.
• Signing in: the email of the club account you use.

A child's data

An academy request is sent by a parent or guardian, and only the child's first name, year of birth and age group are asked for — enough to place the child in the right group and call you back. We do not ask for documents, photographs or medical information through this website.

The request is used to contact you about the academy. It is not sold, not shared with other clubs and not used for advertising.

Who can see it

Requests are stored in the club's own database and are readable only by the club: the academy staff see academy requests, the shop staff see orders. The site's own pages cannot read the tables — every table is closed and only the server reaches it.

The database and the site run on Supabase and Vercel, which host the data on our behalf and do not use it for anything of their own.

Shop payments are taken by Stripe, our payment provider. You pay on Stripe's own pages: your card number is never entered on this site and never reaches us. We send Stripe the order number, the amount and your email so it can process the payment and issue a receipt, and Stripe tells us only whether the payment succeeded.

How long we keep it

An academy request is kept until you ask us to delete it, so that we can come back to you between seasons. Ask at any time and it is removed.

Shop orders are kept as business records. Fan wall messages stay until you ask for yours to be taken down.

Your rights

Write to academy@utdfc.ae to see what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or withdraw a consent you gave. Withdrawing consent does not undo what was already done with the data, and it does not affect an order already placed.

We answer from the club, in English or Arabic, at the address you wrote from.

Cookies

The site sets what it needs to work: your sign-in session, your shopping cart and your language. There are no advertising cookies. The details, and how to refuse the rest, are in the cookie policy.

Changes

When this notice changes, the date above changes with it. If a change affects how a child's data is handled, the parents who wrote to us are told directly.
