Refund Policy

All payments made to United FC Academy, including registration fees, administrative fees, and program fees, are generally non-refundable once the student's registration has been confirmed.

Refunds may only be considered under exceptional circumstances, subject to Management approval and the applicable conditions below:

1. Before the program starts

   A refund may be considered in exceptional circumstances, subject to deduction of any applicable registration, administrative, payment processing, or other charges.

2. Serious medical condition

   A refund may be considered where a student is medically unable to participate for a period exceeding six months, supported by valid medical documentation.

3. Relocation to another country

   A refund may be considered where the student permanently relocates outside the UAE, subject to submission of valid supporting documents, including a visa cancellation document.

4. After the program has commenced

   Fees are generally non-refundable. However, exceptional cases may be reviewed and approved by Management based on the circumstances and the unused portion of the program, where applicable.

5. Missed sessions

   No refund will be provided for missed training sessions due to personal reasons, holidays, late arrival, temporary absence, or failure to attend scheduled sessions.

6. Voluntary withdrawal

   Refunds will not normally be provided where a student voluntarily withdraws from the program for personal reasons or changes their decision to continue.

7. Approved refunds

   Where a refund is approved, the amount will be determined by the Academy after considering the applicable terms, services already provided, and any non-refundable charges.

8. Refund processing

   Approved refunds will normally be processed within 10–15 working days through the original payment method, subject to the applicable bank or payment provider processing time.

9. Written requests

   All refund requests must be submitted in writing to the Academy/Finance Department together with the relevant supporting documents.

The Academy reserves the right to review each exceptional refund request on a case-by-case basis, and approval of a refund is subject to Management's final decision.
